Indoor Workout - Open to ALL Players and Spares

Indoor workout session at CFS (25 Midpark Cr).
$10 fee per session - cash only.
All newly registered players must attend at least one of the two dates listed. Light workout gear, running shoes, and a glove are all that's required. Bats, helmets, balls, etc will be provided for use.
Returning players are encouraged to participate too - we need to shake off that winter rust!
The entire facility will be closed for our private rental
